7. Children's Privacy & Parental Supervision

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.

Minors (Ages 13-17):If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these terms. By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these terms on behalf of the minor.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information without consent should contact us immediately at privacy@slle.ca. We will promptly investigate and delete any such information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Canada. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
